Q&A

What do I need to start a project?

Please email us what you have in mind so that we can review and have a better visual understanding of your request.

Email is: [email protected]
– Generally, you can send us any kind of files, either hand sketches or even a video briefing. The most basic references are drawings, architectural or design sketches, and mood boards.

Ideally, we prefer to work with the following formats of files:
– for plans and drawings – CAD format, PDF or any other vector format;
– 3D Files Models – SKP, 3DS, MAX, OBJ, DWG .

You can also write to us if you have any specific request.

What types of projects can you perform?

We are primarily involved in architectural visualization and animation. We work with both commercial and residential clients.
Also, if you have a request for a product visualization or a concept video, you have found the right company.

What clients do you work with?

We create digital products for architects, designers, engineers, and people who need to visualize something for presentation to investors or for approval by the city administration.

But this is not the whole list of our capabilities, write us an email with your question and we will definitely give you an answer.

How much does it cost?

The cost depends on your project requirements and urgency. Pricing goes down depending on the number of images. We are using our “cost effective” system to provide you best pricing for impressive image quality. To learn the exact cost for your project, please request a quote in the form above.

Are changes really free?

Prices stated do not include revisions. All revisions will cost an additional 25% of the total price. Minor changes such as colors and placement of items/furniture will not incur an additional charge if submitted in a single request after initial delivery. Revisions must be received within 3 business days.

What is your turnaround time?

The standard turnaround time for an architectural rendering project is 5-7 business days and for an interior design rendering project is 72 hours. The exact TAT, however, depends on many factors – the number of views, complexity, details, etc. To learn how much time your project will take exactly, please contact us through the website and send a brief. Our team of specialists will take into account all the requirements and give you TAT information.

Can I get a discount?
You can get a discount if you order more than 5 visualizations at once . If you need visualizations and animations for the same project, we can also offer a discount.
How many projects can you do at the same time?
To do this, you need to write to us and we will inform you how busy we are at the moment.

3D Rednering Company  was created by a team of designers who were not satisfied with the quality of work and approach to work of other studios. We can assure you that you will be satisfied with our cooperation and the results presented. Contact us and we will answer all your questions and digital needs.

OUR SERVICES

3D Rendering

The process of generation of a photorealistic or non-photorealistic image with 3D models using 3D rendering software. The resulting product is called a 3D render.

3D Model

The process of creation of a three dimensional greed using 3D modeling software. The resulting product is called a 3D model.

360° Virtual tour

A collection of 360-degree panoramic rotating images, composed together to form a full, 360° view of a location.

VR or virtual reality

An artificial environment providing an interactive immersive experience through the simulation of sensory events, such as sight and sound. Objects are recreated digitally and placed in a virtual environment for the user to experience them like in real life — interact with them, see their features and benefits, change options, etc.

VR tour
A simulation of an existing location, usually composed of a sequence of videos or still images. It may also use other multimedia elements such as sound effects, music, narration, and text. The main difference from a 360° view tour is that a user needs VR glasses or other VR equipment to enter and interact with all objects inside virtual reality.
3D animation
3D animation
The process of generating three-dimensional videos in a digital environment. To create a 3D animation, 3D artists carefully manipulate 3D objects within 3D software for exporting sequences of still images. These CG pictures are then used together to create the illusion of movement in a 3D animation.
"Preview" Rendering

With “Preview” visualization, we can show you how a project looks before the final rendering. The quality of lighting, reflections, glossiness, and object materials in drafts are strongly reduced to save time and computer resources. Preview visualizations allow you to check the whole composition and every small detail of the project to make necessary corrections before the final rendering.

Floor Plan

A drawing to scale, showing a view from above, of the relationships between rooms, spaces, traffic patterns, and other physical features at one level of a structure.

Panorama

An unobstructed and wide view of an extensive area in all directions. It can be an extended pictorial representation or a cyclorama of a landscape or other scene.

Post-production
Compositing a photo into a CGI scene or retouching a 3D render to achieve maximum realism. It usually consists of adding visual effects and contextual elements such as cars and people.
